Not as good as last time, wanted them thin but she didnt understand what i asked for, in the end i just said it was fine as she was taking too long. I know shes new and new to me but the woman before was new and got them perfect first time. Also appointment was 5-10 minutes late. Is the salon beginning to become complacent?
