I had a really rushed gel removal. My nails now look scratched from what I feel was slightly excessive filing and there wasn’t the care taken to remove all of the gel - I can still see bits of the original colour left on my nails with no way to remove safely. I can’t fault the salon which is lovely, clean and everything looks brand new. But I’m not sure I could recommend or would return based on this experience.
