Was anxious coming to a place new place. But everyone there is lovely and they really took the time to give attention to detail to my gel nails. I’ve never been so pleased with my gel manicure. They have a huge range of colours and there was no pressure to pick a colour quickly. Will definitely be coming back! I would recommend you try it as the prices are very good!

I booked through Treatwell yesterday as a last minute appointment because it was only £66, to get there and be told that it’ll be extra because I have thick hair, extra for protective treatment and extra for toner - ridiculous. They kept to the price after I threatened to leave.
Then I spent 4 hours having my hair tugged and feeling like it was about to be ripped out despite the fact I was clearly wincing and told her several times she was hurting me.
When the blow dry was done, I wasn’t happy with the colour and told her it was gingery not blonde, to which I got the reply “I don’t know what colour you’re seeing because your hair is blonde” - it was unbelievably rude and there was no offer of correcting the colour.
I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

I think if you want a really great treat for any beauty treatment , this is the place to go to.
It has all the ingredients to make you feel good, pampered and so relaxed.
The staff there are amazing, so considerate and professional.
The venue so majestic and lush
You will not find anything like this in South London.
