I understand that you don’t want to turn away business but all walk-ins were accepted whilst not having the staff. I had one lady to begin with but she was needed for walk-ins. She moved on to another client and a young man took over. He started prepping nails that had already been done. Cutting more skin and digging my nail beds further causing me pain and made my finger bleed. I told him they had already been done and he laughed. Bad service, wonky nails, no care given.

I don’t enjoy pedicures but the staff are gentle, understanding and considerate. The massage chairs are also a plus!
