There was limited SNS colours which wasn’t flagged anywhere when booking SNS and when given the colour choices was told don’t pick ombré or French as I can’t do that. I was told that they ‘hated taking off SNS’ and that they will ask their boss to remove them from being booked on it. SNS was all taken off just by a standard file. The back of house sink had no where to dry hands and no soap in the bathroom. I wasn’t very impressed and I won’t be returning. I was surprised due to the high rating on Treatwell but with a vast amount of appointments available the day before I should of questioned why.
