They managed to squeeze me in for a very short notice appointment. I booked online which worked very efficiently. The manicure was very good & I received a small discount as a new customer which was nice. I was offered a drink, my only negative comment is that there was no background music so the atmosphere was very quiet & flat. But that is something that is easily rectified!

It was my first visit to the salon and whilst I felt fairly self conscious sat waiting to be seen. The beauticians hovering around did not speak to me at all, but spoke continuously to each other and I felt very uncomfortable, especially as the waiting area is in the shop front. However, when I was taken through, my therapist was warm and friendly and did a thorough and fast job on my legs and eyebrows. I would recommend her and would definitely go again but think that their front of house needs a lot of work.
I love this salon, the staff are very friendly. I have had a gel manicure and pedicure as well as waxing and would recommend them all.
5 stars all around. I've had shellac on my nails twice now and can honestly say, they're the best I have had, Such a lovely team too. I will definitely be returning for other treatments.
