staff were friendly. my stylist was good, she asked what I wanted and was very efficient and skilled. happy with my haircut. thank you

I had an appointment for a haircut at 12:30, was told to wait for fifteen minutes, I waited there and the barber still was not free after 35 minutes. The lady at the reception was rude and said they were very busy and did not accept that it was their fault. I left at this point without a haircut. Terrible service , will not be visiting again.
