I had a very good experience! Alvaro is lovely, very cheerful and did exactly what I asked for. Probably the best blow dry I had in London and for a reasonable price
Wish more of the staff spoke more English, as it can be a barrier to talk, but I guess that is what you get by going to a Brazilian Hair Salon.
I was worried about my appointment being on time because of past reviews saying this was a problem. Unfortunately, I waited over an hour!!!
I'd recommend you book on the phone, rather than treatwell because it apparently isn't accurate with time.
The Salon is small aswell.
I am not so sure that I will return. First impressions count even if one of the staff who spoke to me at the end was polite. I have never had to wait so long for a hair appointment ever in my life and it is quite off-putting.
I'm not too sure of the price for value either regarfing my treatment.

It is a nice place to go to if you are in no rush to go anywhere and have lots of time to kill.. Its a VERY casual and relaxed saloon, I was seen more than 30 mins after my allocated time slot, which actually was a problem since I was under a tight schedule that day. Nonetheless everyone is super friendly and chilled there, the hair dresser very patiently and carefully did my hair, the result really was very good, especially for the price! I was impressed
Speaking Portuguese would be beneficial.
Excellent experience. Got the dry cut and I love it - finally a hairdresser who listens to their clients (Alvaro)!
