I had booked a haircut and a brazilian Keratin blow dry. The hairdresser (Alvin) was disappointiong. He refused to do the haircut I had already paid for saying that my hair was looking good and did not require a trim! ( I had not had a trim for 6 months). He obviously did not want to do the job. He said I needed to come back another time for the trim!! or they could offer me a refund for the hair cut service I had already booked!
He did a low quality keratin treatment too. I do this treatment regularly and my hair looks and feels soft after that. This time I did not notice much difference and I feel my money was wasted. They obviously use low quality material. I will never go to this salon again.
The salon was very crowded, people have been waiting around and my hair cut was very short, and the price was not cheap.
