Third time i have my hair done at Charmsweet Brazilia Hair Salon and everytime my hair looks great, the staff are very friendly and overall experience is great, will certainly go back.
I’ve never been treated so badly! I asked for a small trim and they done such a horrible job, I have the left hand side of my hair longer and then on the right are much shorter. But what is worse is the way I have been treated when I said that I was unhappy with it. The lady couldn’t admit that they didn’t do a good job and when I said that I wanted a refund she become so rude and started ignoring me and acting like it f I wasn’t there talking, then when I was leaving she told me ‘stupid’ !!!!

Very bad experience would avoid with all cost. First of all I booked with the specific hairdressers and that didn't happen. As she was the manager she is not cutting, what's the point for the booking. She just put me with a random person.The hairdressers felt like she didn't have a clue how to cut hair. She just twisted the ends and cut without parting the sides. Never again !
