The overall outcome was ok, just didn’t have the best experience whilst doing the colonic. Member of staff didn’t want to show me what was going on straight away, without any real explanation. Once the treatment was finished, I was rushed out of the building.

Many years ago I had the same treatment with Oksana (Anna's daughter) and the experience was fantastic.
Unfortunately on this occasion (I had 2 sessions), my experience was very disappointing : 1) the treatment was incomplete and lasted 40 mins (both sessions), 2) I still have not sorted the issue as the cleansing was INCOMPLETE, 3) the attitude of the owner (when I asked why the treatments lasted 40 mins and she tried to charge twice for an extra I had already paid for) was not customer friendly at all!
As I said, I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I will give another go with Oksana and hopefully I get a completely different experience.
