Very experienced and that matters to deliver efficient and effect sports massage. Totally understands anatomy and the feedback the muscles provide, releasing tension for maintenance or back to sports or posture issues. I been so many therapists over the years and Caroline is one of the best. My go to from now on as long as she continues
