2nd time I've been here when visiting the family. Carole is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. I was (like many others) full of knots and tension from working at home and sitting all day. She used the hot stones to heat and apply pressure to the knots and I came out feeling so much better. She also gave me some great tips about stretching I could do to help counteract the stiffness. If I lived locally I'd be a regular. For now I just always plan a session when I come to visit.

Very good experience, Carole was very friendly and tailored the treatment to what I needed, even threw in a 5 minute massage treatment on very tight calf muscles. I look forward to having many more treatments in the near future.
