Carole is an amazing therapist, she seems to know instinctively where your aches and pains are , the massage is so relaxing yet manages to free all the knots without it becoming painful. The reflexology seems to free the very core of any problems , this was 2 hours of bliss .

Carole’s massage was really excellent. She focussed on areas I was getting pain on and also gave me some stretches to do at home which was appreciated.
