I've had lots of massages in my lifetime and this was one of the best. Carole is extremely knowledgeable and very talented. She was really good in terms of assessing what I thought I needed and identifying if that was actually correct! I've had lots of hip and shoulder pain with WFH over the past 18 months and she gave me some great tips on stretching and what to look out for. I don't live locally but have recommended her to my family who do (and I'll be booking her every time I'm visiting).
