Lovely chilled room and amazing hot stone massage. I felt at ease straight away and very relaxed by the end of the treatment. I will be recommending to others and will be going back soon!

Sports massage was great, main area of focus was my upper back as it was quite tight. The day following the massage, I felt alot more loose and pain free.
