Sports massage was great, main area of focus was my upper back as it was quite tight. The day following the massage, I felt alot more loose and pain free.

I have been here before and as ever can not fault anything. The room is warm and comfortable, music is relaxing and Carol has the knack of finding knots and easing them away without it being too painful . I left the clinic feeling soothed and relaxed then had a wonderful night's sleep. Can't recommend this place highly enough, fabulous experience.
