Booked for a deluxe shellack pedicure. Went to appointment and sat where what looked like a washing up bowl would be where the ‘deluxe’ pedicure would happen. Asked for French tip pedicure to be told they cannot do that. Did not go ahead with the treatment. And told to contact Treatwell for a refund. Overall not impressed
