Okay, not the best, I would have maybe enjoyed it a bit more if every step of my treatment was explained before or during so I know and not guess. I only knew it was a facial but since there are different versions woulda been nice to know. I enquired about the other services offered but my therapist didn't know about them to can explain so I wondered if I really got my money's worth of treatment

My ladder hair removal treatment was practically painless however I am struggling with trying to schedule my next appointment
It’s a shame there is no toilet on site and no drinking water which is normally standard when having any massage.
The massage itself was lovely and relaxing.
