Clean and welcoming. Treatment carried out in a reassuring manner and answered any of my questions.
They was late arriving and left some of the wax on me at the end because they over booked. The space is small and there is just a small blind between where treatments take place and where other customers are sitting.

Although the therapist was friendly but this is by far the worst facial I've ever had. She used sharp tools on my skin and I have a few scars on my face now. The products used are very cheap skin products I can sense that from the burning Sensation and strong scent. I'm also not quite sure about hygiene as appointments were booked back to back without any intervals in between to carry out some hygiene
