The whole experience was very positive and Rihanna was a delight. She was gentle and professional. The only reservation I have is that i brought a Hollywood waxing and expected it was all areas included. However, I had to pay an extra £5 for the back strip. I've had loads of Hollywood's in other places and every area is always included.
