Venue was very small salon. Only 1 staff who also did treament. When i arrived there was no doorbell salon was in darkness and locked. Lady who did treatment arrived on time of my appointment.She was very friendly and knowlegeable about treatments.
Treatment sould have been 45mins but was only 25 mins! Venue easy to ger to by transport train and buses.

I noticed when I got there that my wowcher was more expensive than if I had booked directly, that was dissapointing. I missesd my first appointment as they couldn't open for covid reasons and she let me know at very short notice,I was offered a massage as compensation but didnt recieve it,fair enough I forgot to ask, didnt want to really the vibe was not that friendly

First time trying HIFU and Imane was reassuring and knowledgeable. I choose to deliberately not ask therapists for their qualifications because I feel that a piece of paper isn't necessarily a good reference for experience and knowledge.
Instead, I prefer to ask questions and listen to the replies given. Would recommend Imane; I've booked a follow-up appointment.
