Shellack nails chipped after 3 days, usually lasts me 3 weeks when done by other salons in the area. Thought I’d try a new place but regret it.

I had an appointment at 10 am a d after waiting 20+ minutes outside the salon and trying to call several times I left without having my treatments which I had paid for in advance. Hopefully I will manage to get my money back! A phone call to let me know of a delay would have gone a long way!
