I had an appointment at 10 am a d after waiting 20+ minutes outside the salon and trying to call several times I left without having my treatments which I had paid for in advance. Hopefully I will manage to get my money back! A phone call to let me know of a delay would have gone a long way!
My first time trying the nail salon. Right from the arrival..because I booked through Treatwell, I was being dismissed. During the procedure, my technician was inexperienced, only waxed, no tweezers to tidy up and I had to repeat the shape requested. I agreed it was “fine” after her second attempt as to not risk a worse shape. Upon checking out, she just thought I hadn’t paid (full price charge instead of the TW price) and walked off rudely when explained. I came home to fix my eyebrows after.
