i had pre-paid for my booking, they kept trying to get me to change my manicure for a more expensive one(really pushed the shellac). i said no. i had booked a quick file and polish and at the end when i was leaving they started to say that they did more stuff than file and polish and i had to pay extra on the spot. really bad service, took longer made me uncomfortable and i ended up paying for extras just so i could leave
