The listing says "threading" but I was informed they only wax. I will need to fix them as there are many hairs missed. Tinting was even worse. Brows completely uneven, I am shocked. They look worse than when I tired to tiny them myself in high school. Dropped big blobs of tiny on my face; now I have brown patches on my forehead and cheek. Lash extensions - very uncomfortable, very fake-looking. One eye lashes are straight, the other eye they are terribly crooked. During application she kept leaning on my nose so I couldn't breathe, even after I asked her to stop. Pedicure - mediocre. Polish badly smudged twice. Infills - I have 4 bleeding cuticles and have never been expected to contort my body so much; they were trying to save time by doing my infills whilst I was having my pedi, but the guy doing my nails should have moved himself to either side of the chair, not made me twist uncomfortably to switch between hands. The downstairs was very messy and quite dirty. Upstairs was pretty normal. These people do injectibles; I recoil in horror at the thought.

Although staff seems nice eyelashes started falling out the next day, now so many fell out that I need an infill only after couple of days!
