It was completely empty and without any atmosphere. The worst songs imaginable were blasting out the speakers BUT the staff were sweet and took great care with my nails. Sadly my toes weren't quite dry when they sent me home so they were ruined by the cling film they wrapped round my feet.
The Spa has placed its location marker near Flood St, Chelsea, which is a fairly upmarket area. In actual fact the premises is located beyond World's End which is almost a mile away. This may be a genuine mistake but it is certainly misleading. The salon was unclean, with a used towel lying on the floor which staff simply walked over. Staff were bored, lounging in the treatment chairs on their phones. The actual masseuse was nice and polite but immediately said that she could only do 'relaxing massage' which was not the lymphatic drainage massage they advertise and which I booked. The treatment room had stains on the walls, counter tops and what looked to be used instruments on the bench. I would not go back.
didnt have a nice experience. Shellac was not nicely done, he put very thick layers and didn't paint accurate so he had to correct almost every single nails in the end. Also when I was asking the guy about nude color options he was not able to make any suggestions. Had way better manicures before!
