The treatment room was very dirty, would be great if you could clean beforehand. Waxing was great

Booked an appointment for deep tissue massage given the reviews. 5 minutes before arriving they call to say it’s not possible for another 45 minutes and they are not sure why the system gave that slot. So I said okay and did a manicure in the meantime and I must say the manicure was great. So then comes the time for my massage but no sign of the lady. Waited another 25 minutes and no sign so I had to say something.
Now the worst part, I thought it was a joke at first because I couldn’t believe what was happening - this was not a professional massage and I’m not sure this lady is a masseuse but maybe a cover for the masseuse because honestly what she was doing was not massaging she could have hurt me.
Deep Tissue Massage
First time having a hollywood wax here and was happy with overall treatment. Will be returning again in the future.
