I didn’t even have my treatment because my appointment was at 10 I was still waiting 20 mins later when I asked how long would she be he said well u can’t start something and not finish it I was ok fine but why give me a 10 o’clock appointment he said I was rude wouldn’t give me back my £35 said I’d have to get it from Treatwell but there’s no help so I guess I lost out on the money never going back rude little man
