Terrible quality of wax. Burned my skin on my private area due to reapplying wax on the same area and also having the wax too hot. Had to put Vaseline on multiple times to help heal the skin

Positives: good value, easy to get to by bus. Theyre very friendly with their regular customers. Negatives: The woman who did my hair had scratchy long nails whilst she was washing my hair and the water kept going warm and cold. Whilst i had the cut she was very critical of the condition of my hair throughout. I had brows tint and thread, during which people repeatedly came in and out of the room, lovely lady but stopped to have a chat for 5 mins and answered the phone. Not relaxing or private.
