When I arrived, the shop.was closed and no one knew about the appointment. I was told treatwell made a mistake, and I had to talk to them. He said the therapist was sick and I had to reschedule and as a gesture of goodwill he would refund me the money and would give me a facial for free. I returned to the salon did my facial, the therapist was sincere and said she was waiting for the more advance equipment and at the moment she had the basic. The manager did not refund me poor customer service.

Was fine at first but then made comments on my perm and then said he would cut my hair this just once until it gets longer even tho the sides were thick.
