I was in the salon for 8 minutes in total. I was really excited for a salon experience and some treatment for my damaged hair after taking my hair extensions out. Melissa said “I didn’t know extensions damaged hair”! What! There was no treatment as described just shampoo & conditioner and a 60second trim before she said “your done”! I have some bits longer than others and after contacting the salon afterwards they are only refunding me £15 which i think is unfair. Really disappointed
