They were massively overbooked so my cut and colour was delayed and I was asked to sit in the reception for 50 minutes while my hairdresser did others' hair. No really service (no consultation/time spent considering what I wanted to have done, no offer of taking bag/coat, no 'stting comfortably? water too hot/cold', no teas and coffees. Anna was incredibly warm and friendly and very funny which meant I left content but I must admit I would not pay for this service again. Nice colour and ok cut. Ta

Stella did exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully! She took into account my whole look for the function ahead and advised me accordingly. Will definitely be going back!
