Not good. Booked and pre paid for a wash, cut, deep conditioning and blow dry which the app said would take 1hr and 25mins. Granted I was 6mins late but this place was very unwelcoming. The Stylist’s first words to me from across a glass barrier were “what do you want?” She didn’t even introduce herself. I Didn’t have the usual style consultation I was just taken straight to the sink. I told the stylist I had also paid for a deep conditioning treatment she said yes but didn’t do anything different than a normal wash as far as I could tell. She didn’t say anything and the wash was only a few minutes not the 25mins that was promised. No head massage either which is my favourite part of getting my hair done. In the chair she did at least ask how short I wanted it but I think struggled to understand what I was saying. It may have been a language barrier. She didn’t offer me a drink. I was too intimidated to speak up about the service so I just gave up and sat there. The cut and style itself wasn’t bad just not exactly what I wanted. And somehow I was in an out of that place in 40mins. Overall it just wasn’t the relaxing experience I was hoping for and I didn’t get the conditioning service I had paid for.
