I turned up and the lady did not speak a word of English. She had to call her colleague to translate. They had no record of my booking but said they would send someone....after waiting 30mins I walked out and the lady there couldn’t even apologise as she didn’t speak English. Very upset that I wasted my time and surprised that they would leave a woman in charge who can’t communicate with customers without a phone call translator. Not sure what the treatment would be like, but this is the worst service I’ve come across - ever
