There was dead flies in the disinfectant cup! I could not continue the treatment as I was disgusted with the overall hygiene level.

Awful. Will never go back. Booked this place due to high rating which I’m surprised. Although we had booked in advance but we had to wait 40 mins, the person who did my nails was very rough and had no attention to details, none of my cuticles has been cleaned properly, I have scratches on my nails, and the nail polishes were so old that never got dried so now I have smudged nails everywhere. Honestly, I’ve never been to such a terrible place and I can’t believe they are based in the heart of Chelsea!
