Got there and they had clearly taken someone just before so I had to wait 20 mins before I could be seen in the sweltering hot room. They really butchered my big toe, which is now really sore. It was hardly a luxury pedicure! I then ask for a manicure to tidy my nails and little cuticle tidy and file (no polish) cost me £25 quid. They didn’t even file them very straight - absolute rip-off and very little care. Will not come back to this sauna nail bar

I was really really disappointed. I could see there was aircon, but it just wasn’t on, so in35 degree heat by a window, I was so so hot and uncomfortable. I paid £15 more than the regular pedicure for a luxury pedicure and all they included extra was a cheap plastic sock mask which wasn’t even put onto my foot correctly. At the very least a longer massage would have been nice. At the end, my feet were still pretty dry and I had a fair bit of hard skin. Want my money back!
