The therapist was shuttling between another customer and myself. Completely distracted. Forgot to use the scrub - which j pointed out to him, so he decided to use the scrub after the moisturiser and scrub all the moisturiser off! Scrubbed my hands so aggressively that I left with my hands red and raw! Fortunately I had some hand cream in my bag which came in handy! Highly unpleasant experience. Though my mother who had a manicure with another therapist was happy
