The salon is in a lovely area but unfortunately it really lacked any ambiance. The nail technician was however very chatty and friendly so made me feel at ease. She was very at tentative to give a thorough treatment which was good because I've had shellac many times before and know what to expect. Unfortunately my nail did chip after 5 days but this is because my hands are in and out of water etc, Grady did say after leaving the salon though that if there are any problems to get in touch and she would sort it, I've just not had time, so that's great service!
