The massage was overall ok, but this was neither the relaxing nor the de-stressing experience I was looking for. No blanket/sheets, paper covers on bed, box of disposable gloves on trolley. Music and temperature were good. All knots in my back are still in place, there was no usual sore muscles after. I have been getting massages on a regular basis for over 25 years but never have I had a 1hr massage laying face down throughout. The other customers seemed to be regulars.

Feng was nice but large areas of hair left on my legs unfortunately- had to go over with epilator when I got home. She answered the phone 3 times during the appointment and it felt like she was in a rush as it was the end of the day
