I can't fault the treatment itself, and the staff were very friendly - there was a bit of confusion when I arrived and I was worried they didn't have my appointment but it was all fine. I think the ambience let's this place down a little - the treatment room felt more like a store cupboard with a bed in it, so I think a few extra touches there would make a big difference to the overall experience.
