Neck massage was good. I no longer had tension in my neck after the massage.

When I arrived they did not seem aware of my booking. No one could speak much English so i struggled to convey that I had already booked and paid.
The description of the massage was that there would be a "consultation" to ensure it met my needs. This did not happen.
