Ultimately a great massage but not what I originally booked as they were confused by what ‘treatwell’ was. The place had a smell of damp and I couldn’t communicate with the staff. It’s still good for a grab n go deep tissue if that’s all you’re looking for!

Oh dear. This was a mistake. The problem with this place is it can be so hit and miss. I should have known something was up when I arrived and was met by two girls who couldn’t speak a word of English. I explained I had booked online and was there for an aromatherapy massage. They didn’t understand and shrieked for a colleague. In the meanwhile the room was made ready. Now I have been to this place at least 5 times if not more. This was not a normal massage room. The door wouldn’t shut, the bed took up all the space which meant the masseurs couldn’t move around the bed to different angles on my back.
The room was dirty, filled with staff clothes and there were cigarettes and Tobacco on the side. I think this room was the “staff room”.
The head hole was filled with material and despite moving it out the way, I spent most of my massage trying to find air to breathe. I had asked for an aromatherapy massage. I had to request the oils and then never received them in the massage. If you aren’t going to do it, don’t advertise it as an option.
Finally the last two straws, running your hands up and down my spine is not a massage. I could have done better with rubbing up against a tree.
And the bed collapsing as you moved around in the three inches next to the table was the last straw.
Not the pre-birthday treat I was expecting.

I’ve been here a few times and there are usually a few issues but this time was extremely frustrating. I was taken in 30mins after my booked time. And that too to a wrong appointment. I had booked massage but I was taken to a waxing appointment. I laid down for the massage and the lady said “oh I thought you wanted waxing”. I was then made to move rooms. Communication is a big issue with this place as English is limited. I usually ignore it as it’s enough to get by. As for the massage it was not a deep tissue massage. The masseuse had no technique and could not understand what I wanted. Ended up being a really frustrating experience all together not worth the money.
