After going to several other salons in the SW area, I was so happy to find a salon that had good prices, friendly service and did a great job on my hair. I was able to get an appointment quickly, was asked about exactly what I wanted and clearly knew what she was doing. Would definitely recommend this salon to others looking for somewhere to get their hair done in Tooting!
Beautician was clean and professional. Great ladies only salon in heart of tooting.
Went for a Wash, Cut and Blow Dry on the weekend. The salon is so cute! With a relaxed yet professional feeling. My hair was damaged from a past colour treatment (ombré), and so I was there to cut my long hair short for the first time. Cher was my initial consultant, and tailored a hairstyle to suit me and my face shape. I don't normally let a hairdresser dictate my style (I'm very picky) but I was so comfortable listening to Cher and her opinion. Vesi cut my hair beautifully and my gross long hair was cut into a gorgeous bob. And I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this salon and their wonderful staff!
very nice staff, the owner offered hot beverages whilst i waited for my hot wax to heat up. the therapist was professional and very quick, although some of the hair on my lower legs weren't completely waxed off but overall it was fairly pain free and virtually most of the hair from my legs was removed. i'd recommend going there but if you had more hair on your legs as mine were quite fine!
Bad haircut! Just to be clear, it's nothing personal against the hairdresser, who was very nice, but overall the experience was terrible and I definitely WOULD NOT go back. From the moment I arrived, I felt anxious and even considered asking for a refund and turning on my heels. The hairdresser wasn't there and the beautician was told on the phone that if the client (me) just wanted a trim, then she could cut the hair herself, but if I wanted 'layers' then she would come and do it. The water ran cold when my hair was washed despite the staffs best efforts. The hairdresser didn't ask me where I had my parting or even part my hair before she started cutting. We talked at length about how thick hair needs extra care and attention etc. My hair is very thick and normally takes about 2 hours to cut. On this occasion the haircut took only 45 minutes. I didn't ask for any kind of fringe but left with two very blunt layers at ear length on either side of my face. I then had my hair blow-dried curly so it was difficult to see the finished product. After washing it for the first time, I can honestly say I felt mortified. The layers are so choppy and thick and some are very short. I almost look as though I have an 80's mullet. I had to go to a local hairdresser to have the front of my hair fixed and thankfully he only charged me the cost of a fringe trim even though he spent a good half an hour trying to soften and thin the front sections of hair. I'm going to have to go back for an entirely new hair cut because each layer needs to be thinned and texturized. What a waste of money.
