I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment at midday and the lady at the front could not find my name. It turns out I had booked my appointment for 3 days earlier! I felt terrible but the lady was very accommodation and slotted me in despite it being quite a busy Saturday afternoon. I was very grateful for that, they are a salon that clearly values their clients. The shellac and the eyelash tint were both done beautifully and I walked out feeling great. I'll definitely be back, not just due to the great beauty treatments but also because they really made an effort to accommodate me despite the fact I had been the one who made the booking mistake. Thank you :-)

Really knowlegeable beautician who gave great advice on how I could best solve my minor ourbreaks and clogged pores. My skin felt much softer and overall clearer after the treatment.
Would highly reccomend the facial for mid 20s, London affected skin!!
