I wanted highlights and she done a full head of colour which is brown and because of my previously dyed hair she didn't do the color properly so I was left with 5 patches of ifferent shades of color on my hair. They then start to mention to pay them directly rather than paying online so that their money does not get deducted. The manager was very rude and started to swear at me over the phone because I refused to pay the extra money even though my hair wasn't below shoulders.Don't book with them

Incredibly painful, rushed and uncomfortable. Booked in for 1. 5 hrs. Whole process took 20 mins. Also had to ask for some areas to be redone. Was left very sticky and since getting home also found more areas that could have been done more thoroughly.

The outcome was not what expected and I felt they were rushed to close the store and did not pay attention to the service I paid for.
