Due to an issue with the booking system, I was helped by Sara. Have to say, she did amazingly well and she did also an extra treatment. Highly recommended!

Macy did a lovely job on my haircut. Quick and efficient! Only 4 stars overall though because the lovely woman shampooing my hair (I say that truthfully!) accidentally got water in my eyes, and the salon itself is a bit cramped. But the ladies are so nice and I'm satisfied with my cut! Good if you need a no-BS quick trim!

I left the salon without being treated. When I arrived to the salon I was told my appointment was going to be 45m instead of the hour booked and the price was going to be an extra £10. They said that they spoke with Treatwell about it the day before to let me know, despite the fact I never received any communication from their side. If you book a service with X£ ,you need to pay that amount! Don’t be a fool please, don’t book with them. Literately, They have ruined my wedding weekend!!!!!

The lady looked surprised to see me, she was watching Netflix with her feet up when I walked in.
It wasn't a proper massage table, there was no hole in it for my head. Making it really uncomfortable.
The lady was not a trained masseuse; she learned her technique in a boxing ring. Halfway through I realised I had had my hand in a bin under the table, full of old hairy waxing strips.
She got oil on my shorts and all over my hair. She said " it hurts everywhere, I don't understand".
AVOID.
