I had a nice experience at Cher Salon. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed my facial.

The appointment felt disjointed. Timing and hair wash was fine. Once combed through I had to wait a few minutes to have my hair cut by a different stylist- never said her name. She trimmed quickly which was all fine. Then she swapped with the woman who had previously washed my hair for blow dry. This was painful when tugging through knots. Blow dry took a while. No heat protection, no final trims and hair doesn't look even once home. Also too close to other client, bumped into by other stylist!

Wouldn’t recommend this salon, wax was too hot and the atmosphere wasn’t professional. Therapist was late and the overall experience wasn’t pleasant
