Not a full hot wax as strip wax was also used which made the experience quite painful.

wet hair combed through should use a detangler such as a tangle teezer or wet brush, member of staff hardly spoke English which was hard.Proceeded to fully dry my hair with a hairdryer not blow dry it, had to ask for brushes to be used for a blow dry
