I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Cerys - she was very welcoming and friendly. She explained what would happen during the massage and answered any questions I had.
Really relaxing and thorough massage - I even noticed my feet were a bit less swollen after the massage.
I would definitely recommend Cerys and I will be booking again with her for another lymphatic drainage massage.

Had a treatment of acupuncture a few weeks back for a slipped disc, the difference from walking into the clinic to walking out was incredibly such a sense of relief!
